New to Cosplay, need some tips on how to make armor, (for what? NCR Combat Armor, Pic Related, Already have everything but the chest 'plate'). I'd just appreciate some tips on armor making/arts and craft that i wouldnt get from looking at something like https://www.instructables.com/Easy-Foam-Armor-Fallout-Ranger/#discuss
