Apparently they're by a Japanese designer Mikio Sakabe. Sadly they seems very uncomfy to wear as the girls in pic needed aids to help them walk and even stand. Some Alexander McQueen crab boots maybe could also do it? Pic related.
It's hard to find cool uchuu boots.
