All I can say is my grandmother was a very elegant woman and she had a double masectomy for cancer back in the days they were absolutely brutal everything taken no nipples or much upper arm muscle left *but* she was also the most feminine woman I ever knew and her lack of breasts had no bearing on her love of clothes (stylish, dressed younger than me) and her elegance. Back on topic, I hate falling in love with an older dress only to find that it won't fit my nozomi honkers. I could stand to lose a couple pounds but nothing that would bring me down to unshirred. I've thought of alterations but I feel better off just pursuing other dream items I won't have to mutilate to accommodate cantaloupes
