>item says nothing about wait time or anything in listing
>no updates for a month
>finally escalate to using paypal after they don't reply to my email for like a week
>they have mental health issues and just moved out of a bad situation w abusive roommates and used the money they made as support while settling in to new place
>don't have money to ship the items yet
>i was not even aware these were charity item, it didn't even say that on the listing
>mfw if i wanted to just give you money, i would have donated to your ko-fi, i gave you money for an item
>at least just update about it taking a while on ur account's page instead of letting me hang out here w no updates
>an update is all i wanted but it's like pulling teeth
>now i feel bad but also mad
>not even mad about the shipping time, mad because ppl don't know how businesses/stores work
