Started looking for this really old dream dress of mine again. Even though my taste changed so much since 2007, this thing still makes my heart go dokidoki!

I discovered pic related in 2009 and it was my absolute dream dress for years, as ridiculous as it might sound. I stumbled upon my old dream dress folder recently and now the fire is burning even stronger! I have a few other dream dresses, but this one is the most obscure so I'd appreciate the help. Only looking for it in blue, though I might buy the red one if it was really cheap.
