Female with a face like this but also with slightly more prominent cheekbones and a narrow forehead

I want to cosplay beautiful anime men (for example, Kise from KnB) but even with taping and contouring it looks obvious that I'm girly af. Though I'm not 100% sure if my taping/contouring is correct, so if you have tips on that I'd be grateful too.

I drink plenty of water and I'm actually fairly slim on the rest of my body but my fat NEVER drops from my face... any help?

Also would rather not get plastic surgery thanks.
