No?? I thought this thread was for commenting on clothes

>>9200271
Are you sure? On what planet are these the same fashion? J et J needs its own 'vaguely historically influenced dramatic mishmash' label.

I don't think short hair always looks bad with old school it's just that her hair doesn't look styled enough. Maybe with bangs it would be better but as it is it is not good enough.

I agree with you. Perhaps for classic, a simple 4-part bodice with straps, and a gathered rectangle skirt, with some lace at the bottom or a chiffon lining/underskirt that pokes out a couple inches? I'm not *that* great at drafting patterns but I might try and make one and post it somewhere. The gothic one I mentioned before, I think you can find a link to a tutorial for it on fyeahlolita.

Dunno what to do for sweet though. A salopette? Skirt and blouse combo? Apron skirt? I rarely wear sweet so I haven't really got a clue. The things I've seen have all either had prints or lots of elaborate details. I suppose something like pic related would be a bit tricky for a beginner, with pintucks and ruffles?

Oh gosh yes. I do that. Go to the fabric store, touch ALL THE FABRIC.

I own two bodyline dresses, l510 and l362. L510 has a decent, simple pattern but the skirt could do with a tad bit more volume, and the waist probably could do with being a tiny bit lower (for most people. If you have a short torso it'll be fine)

L362 actually has a really nice design, great skirt volume and everything, but the false bolero thing could throw you off, plus it has loads of shirring. Dunno if this info is any use to you anon but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

Really silly question, but what ratio should I use for ruffles like in pic related? Like how many cm of fabric per cm of ruffle.

Since the dark red heels on BL are sold out and god knows when Yan will restock, how close would Antaina's dark red shoes would match this jsk?

I work full-time and wanted to do something interesting that paid decently (trying to move onto a "big kid" job now that I'm done with college).

Like >>8499699, I'm hourly, but I also make tips (it's pooled though), and my casino has better benefits than the big engineering firm in town. It's enough to pay off my student loans in 3 years and have a little left over for brand. And yes, I'm at a legit place - I've seen fancier ones, but it's legit. The state's gaming board is very strict and everyone has to have a license to work there, even if you're in the restaurant or hotel.

I was originally going into event planning with the hotel convention center (owned by the casino), but that position was filled by someone in-house, and I figured that I was going to get my foot in the door somehow. It's not what I want to do, but it's interesting enough and I'm glad I didn't get a job at the engineering firm (for corporate event planning) since they're notorious for laying people off (moving a lot of jobs overseas) and young people are usually hired as independent contractors (and usually as data entry people).

I get a lot of Asian people and a mix of wealthy and working class clientele. I don't even live in California, but they just seem to come out of the woodworks. As a slot attendant, I've come to think of myself as babysitter or a game attendant for an adult Chuck-E-Cheese.

RinRin's face is unique, but honestly, I think she's really ugly and don't understand how/why she's a model. Looking at her face makes me irritated.
I love Minori.

And their internal server is down. How 'bout that...

While I'm here, I'm wondering how close BL's "dark red" shoes are to AP's burgundy? Trying to find something to match this damn jsk.
