How do I stop torturing myself by reading shit that makes me angry at the world?
Every day, there's a new reminder that society as a whole sees me as less than human for the sin of being born the wrong gender and race. I used to think it was just my experiences, but now I know it's not just me, but a focused thing on basically all people like me, and it's turning me into a very jaded human being. And if it's not that, it's a story about injustice on somebody else, and the world blaming them for existing. Just a fucking hodgepodge of misery all around. There's nothing I can do about it except withdraw entirely, but "no man is an island".

I can't even talk about it, because the mere notion that we're not living in a fair world triggers some people, and they see fit to attack me and prove my point further.

I'm not cute and no clothes can fix this.
