I don't like wearing lolita in the summer, but if it isn't humid, it's not so bad. Sheer blouses and hoop skirts are a lifesaver. I avoid thicker cottons and OPs because I hate sweating in them. I'm not bothered by blouselessness either, depending on the JSK.
