Tag says XS but it's very flowy and could easily accommodate size L. It is too long for my t-rex arms so I am sadly selling it without ever wearing it.

Tag says M and lists recommended measurements as follows:
Height: 154-162
Chest: 79-87
Lovely detailing on this which is why I bought it. I ended up never wearing it and started to feel guilty such a beautiful jacket was being kept prisoner in my closet. I bought this used in great condition, no flaws that I can find.
