Quite honestly, I don't see why people are getting this upset over this? Yes, it's gross misrepresentation of J-fashion, but it's coming from Chelsea Handler, a comedian who's known for offensive "humor". I thought lolitas already knew to expect that not every outsider is "lovely and understanding~~~ uwu" about the fashion.
