Temptalia's Foundation Matrix may be useful to you. It's a way to search similar shades and find swatches to show you comparisons.

If you go for "start from scratch" and input your undertones + fairest, you may find some results similar to what you're looking for.

Alternatively, Illamasqua's Skin Base foundation comes in pure white. If you were to mix it with a foundation that goes well with your undertones, you could probably get a good match. I'm not as pale as you but still fair, so I mix a drop of it with a pump and a half of Make Up Forever HD foundation in 110 and I can usually cover my whole face with a good match.
