Making a wearable version of Crazy Diamond. Only half his body. Mannequins don't exactly look right and when they do they're super spendy. Any suggestions?

How would I go about making a sort of wearable version of Crazy Diamond?
Some thing like half his body strapped to my back. Id be dressed as Josuke. That parts finished.
