I'll say right now (As I'm sure pic related will show) I'm no cosplay expert
This was the first prop I made, so hopefully my hassle can save you some headache later on.

There's no real 'scale' to go off of. I work in trades so I tried to draft them as well as I could based on my face. I have different advice based on what you're willing to work with. I tried to do mine with EVA foam and worbla (First time working with it, hence the less than smooth finish)
You essentially need to measure from your nose left/right, and straight out from your ear to find an intersecting point and take the measurements from there. The side going from your ear will be longer. Cut 4 of those triangles and cut an angle on the top piece to accommodate your brow (For me, it was 30 degrees exactly) the bottom piece may not need any angle to stay level on your face. Get a few pieces to function as the bars for the glasses, reinforce them as required and attach the top and bottom pieces. I used an elastic strap to attach them...explaining the side pieces may be a bit too complicated for text. Let me see if I can find my draft prints again.

Cosplayed Aizawa for a Con back in August, but it totally left my mind to get any facial shots- even after trying to get red contacts in for the first time.

Have this instead. Semi-proud for my first cos-prop ever
