Gotta tell people off more.
Even if its just something small like "Shut the hell up".
Trust me, it gets easier with practice.
The more you get used to speaking up, the more confident you'll be.

Half the time, most people wont expect you to respond at all (I think its a large part of why the do it, oddly enough). They see the clothes and think outsider, which equals weak-willed, or quiet, in their mind.

If you have a hard time summoning up that courage for yourself, imagine a close friend or family member getting the same treatment your getting. Wouldnt you want to protect them? Would make you angry, right?
Harness that anger. Use it and then remove yourself from the situation, if possible.

The shock can be overwhelming, and its ok to feel hurt, but try not to let that sadness overwhelm you completely.

Trust me, you'll overcome them. Ive had to do this many times before.
