Who are these people? I just want to dress up as cartoons

when people claim that they wear lolita all the time and do lifestyler stuff when they actually... don't. for what purpose? i don't think all lolitas need to be lifestylers or anything, or that lifestylers are better, but don't lie if you just wear it once a month and don't have related hobbies. it's so weirdly common.
