This is a good gesture but I still have my doubts about this venue. That being said, all these extra ammenities and provisions they're having to make- wouldn't it have been cheaper to get an actually good location with hotel on-site instead? Seems like this is going to cost more overall than just getting a proper venue but then again I know very little about what some places cost over others.

And still not happy about how far its gonna be spread out compared to Ft Worth or the Anatole. Having been to the fair grounds in the past I think a lot of people are underestimating just how spread out everything is. Don't bring hard to walk in shoes or costumes and dont bring heavy props.
