I'm trying to figure out a way to do these doll hands, while still maintaining some mobility/dexterity.

I was thinking about getting a bunch of those cheap plastic segmented snakes and putting the bits on my figures, but they're closed at the ends and won't work.

If I do it with make-up, what brand/type would last all day with regular use?
