My hair is a strange combination of 3b and 3c and I have a LOT of it, think Chaka Khan. The volume is great to work with when I'm wearing it natural, which is all of the time.

I would like to wear wigs more but I literally have to spend hours corn-rowing my hair so it can fit under a wig cap. Clip ins have become my friend because who has time for all of that.

No? Natural hair in general is already niche enough in the current community that we haven't had a thread for it reach sage in a while. This is just overspecification. Plus I have 2c/3a hair and learned everything I know about taking care about it from level 4 girls. Segregating the threads means we'll share less and help each other less and also girl with straighter hair will be able to avoid seeing curly styles when actually IMO we should all be getting more used to seeing different hair types in our fashion.

I’m sure your hair is nice if you work with it anon! Like find products and stylings that work for you, talk to someone at a salon if you have trouble or something perhaps. I have 1A and while I’m sad that I can’t do any wavy or curly looks I still use my natural hair in lolita and get plenty of compliments. Wigs are fine of course, I just find them uncomfortable and think that even short hair can look nice in the fashion. I’m glad natural hair is making a comeback - I think this will be a fun thread to lurk in if there’s enough posting and content to keep it going.

Seeing as braids have been posted are dreads ok? I asked if anyone had dreads in lolita before & got laughed out of it. You can add flowers, pearls, charms, lace wraps, accents and even coordinate the colours to match your outfit etc, its also very full in volume for us thinner haired gals....pic related is the set my maker just did for me a colourmatch to my hair, love me some long haired woolies, so comfy to wear.
