Nah, this one has a chance. She's got pretty even features spaced out correctly (not like horseface which can't be fixed). She's fat, which is giving her the double chin and makes her clothing options severely limited, but sticking to a diet and some exercise will solve a lot of her problems. Alternatively learn some makeup and contouring, plus some myspace angles will take care of that double chin. Her hairstyle is too severe for her face, but a good hairdresser or a wig can take care of that too. Then some makeup, some clothes that actually fit and the waistline isn't hiked up in front, and she'll be fine.

I don't think there's a replica for polka dot chocolate, it came out around the time when egl had banned replicas and the replica backlash was at an all-time high. Plus it's not really a popular dress. The original is really shiny satin, and the sack dress is generally known to be the worst cut.

I love the the simplicity of this series, plus the accessories are really cute, but it's hard to deny that people have so many issues coording it. I think her problem here is she threw the dress underneath some things that would have worked with another coord, but with the dress being shapeless it makes her look like a shapeless beach ball, the jacket being matte emphasises how shiny the satin is, and the chocolate brown tights looks way too heavy for the overall pastel colours she's carrying in the rest of her coord.

I've seen this dress multiple times in CC, unfortunately it's the shiny material that makes the hem look like that, it reflects light in every way so you can see where the stitches are doesn't reflect light, which makes the hem look odd (in fact it's sewn straight, it just reflects a lot of light, so when this girl doesn't iron her dress properly all the wrinkles are gonna show up even clearer than on a matte cotton dress).

You might be right with the hem lace that it has been modded, though.

Neither in European historical clothes, but nowadays it's not a big deal anymore in Japan either. Most Japanese just don't do it because they never did. It's simply not really a thing nor fashionable. There are multiple occasions Japanese brands model lolita without a blouse. But overall, people shouldn't do it too much.
