Last Sunday I was invited to be a judge in a Lolita contest for the first time! It was in the Maid Cafe Day that Chest of Wonders, a group that recreate the experience of Maid cafes in the conventions here, organized! It was "Neko Party" themed so I used it as a chance to make a different outfit
Lost in the Sea is my dreamdress so I try to use as much as I can. And in such a hot weather as Brazil it's great to have a jsk that I can use without a blouse!
Mainly I have being using it like this, so I would love to hear some suggestions to coordinate it in new ways

Japanese lolitas mix themes all the time, I'll see candy socks worn with floral dresses again and again, it happens. When the fashion is actually worn daily, it will inevitably happen. Last thread someone sperged over someone wearing a pony purse and bunny ears with fancy box, which still falls under the animal theme AND the print has bunnies and bears on it.

It would be a bigger problem if the star accessories were larger and more blatant in shape, but generally you don't want to mix motifs that are so different, unless both are represented in the print. I bet you the accessories stand out in a jarring way if the coord was right in front of you.
