The funny thing about it is I got that JSK altered to fit my big bust? My waist is around 80cm-75cm but I have natural double D boobs that are borderline triple D's, It runs in my family and I always try to find stuff that actually fits or I get it altered for my bust. You're right about the legwear for sure but I only wear tights or OTK socks cause I have vitligo.

It does not fit at all, I would ask for your money back. Your waist is a bit large for most lolita but it's easy to work around, so is a larger bust, you just have to find things that fit. I can see the boobloaf going on in that picture. Wear socks/tights with patterns on them next time because solid white or light colors on people who are not slender do not look good.

Ok so as someone who has a large bust, I use to have that same cut of DD and no matter how much you add to the back, the sides/front of the bodice is still only cut to accommodate an A cup. It doesn’t have the right curvature to properly fit to anything larger. Plus, high waisted cuts don’t fit larger busts well either since they usually end Higher then your bust does. Longer length bodices look better, like with your MP coord here. I mean honestly If you love it, don’t give two shits and keep on rocking it anyways. Generally I stay away from higher cut pieces but I do have one or two I love enough I keep them anyways and I’ve never been posted to the ita thread for it.

I’m glad you’re taking the concrit so well. Generally don’t take anything nasty or negative to heart, just take the crit and apply it as needed. If anything, add more arm/wrist wear to balance out the full tight coverage of your legs. Try layering some patterned socks over your tights too, to add some variation and look less bland than plain white tights.

"wear things that fit"

I'm a DD at minimum and there's not a lot you can do about it in the fashion unless I decide to go entirely handmade or go with custom-made indie brands or someone with experience designing for larger busts rather than expanding the pattern horizontally. (Western Indie brands such as Belladonna, Lady Sloth, etc are good options)

A few things that I have found that does help:

- Longer bodices, either by lengthening your straps can help a little. It's still going to get a little flattened since Japanese brand is always cut at a B-cup at most. Straps that are elastic are pretty great too.

- Full shirring, but that's not always flattering. There's not many full-shirred pieces that don't have shirring going through the center of the bust. But if you find any where there's only shirring along the top and waist in the front, then typical channels in the back, those are a godsend.

- Get more lift to your boobs. I've found corsetry has helped. It can still look a bit tight in the bust area, but at least your breast tissue won't be morphing into the waistband and they'll be sitting higher up.

- Cute boleros are a godsend. I think I have more boleros and cardigans than blouses. I'll sometimes pair these up with long wigs to add a bit more vertical length in the front. It helps to pull the eye away from the bodice.

- There's also minimizing bras, binders, etc. But I don't find them as effective. They tend to work better for getting yourself into a dress a bit better. They don't do much for the actual shape or give an undesirable shape such as with binders.

- Outright altering the bodice entirely and having it cut entirely for your bust size. This is costly and requires more spare fabric. Waist ties may not be enough.

- Wear skirts? People always advise this. But personally I look like shit in skirts. Depends on your shape.

If you're quite fit, that will push your weight up too since muscle is quite a bit heavier.
