It's just someone with stomach fat. The top lumpiness on her chest is her boobs, then the indentation across her body is where her bra cinched tightly around her body gives her a clearly defined underbust. Then the bottom lumpiness is her stomach sticking out again, possibly due to the petticoat being too tight and causing a muffin top, or maybe she does have some health problem that causes stomach swelling.

I should add that she doesn't seem like a fatty chan, sometimes it's just the way clothes sit that causes problems like these. I generally use a corset under certain fabric for a more streamlined look, though it's not a good option for someone who does have stomach issues.

If anything this looks like a lolita newb. They used a handmade set to distribute the blue evenly throughout the coord, so some effort did go into coordination to shoehorn two horribly clashing colours together. Nothing really hides that this particular blue and red fabric directly clashes with all the beige and ivory though, so it still looks wrong, it's just harder to pinpoint the problem since it's evenly distributed throughout the outfit.

The blue set should've been matched with white, the ivory really does not work for it. If she wants to make stuff that matches her ivory and beige things, someone should tell her to stick to either jewel tones or "dusty" colours, and also match the length of the dress to the length of the coat so it doesn't look as bad as this.

Dress is nicely made and there's a lot of effort that went into this outft though.

Stomach fat causes the whole front of the dress to be wider, because back shirring is not magic and does not turn non stretch fabric into stretch fabric. So if her bust is not bigger than her stomach then it can't fill out the bodice. The problem is still her stomach is bigger than her bust.

Wore this coord to Epcot at Disney yesterday. The trip was a bit short notice so I put this coord together in a hurry using pieces from other coords I have.

A few things. Sorry about the lopsided bow in the one pic. The thing did not want to stay put as I was walking around and shifted a lot no matter how many times I fixed it. Kinda on a teeny tiny pin, do I may try to replace that to give it more solid support in the future. The stickers on two of the pics are on just because I didn't like how my face looked in those pics, lol. I was actually wearing a petti (just in case it's not too obvious, it kinda isn't for me? Idk, maybe I'm just being picky). I wore a simple A-line petti because I didn't want to have too much poof in the crowded park. Posting this probably isn't a great idea, but I'm gonna go for it anyway.

Here's how the shoes and socks look worn together. When the socks are rotated correctly you can see the roses and lacing details through the cutouts which I personally liked, though I should've used sock glue that day to keep everything in place because they did shift a bit during the meet.

I'm a little bummed to see people reacting so strongly to my flatlays because they're honestly all I can manage right now. I'm doing better but my health is still poor and I don't get to go out and do much these days, and I didn't even have the energy to put together floordinates until very recently thanks to a medication change. I'm not saying this to fish for pity or change anyone's mind about them, I just wanted to give some context for why I'm not posting worn coords right now. Trust me, I would if I could.

Clearly they don't matter for flat lays. A good coord doesn't always need to be modeled. Coords on mannequins typically don't have hair and makeup either but the outfit is still visible. The quality of the coord in a flat lay can be seen by what pieces are chosen and how they complement each other. COF is a platform created to share coords in several forms, including flat lays.
