crit in old CoF threads helped me out of my ita phase. One time a drawanon even posted my coord with improvements she physically drew on. I've quietly sat through and read plenty of body insults, but a lot of the cc was good. Now that years have passed and I'm happily no longer an ita, I do what I can to give back nice and helpful concrit (that doesn't clog the thread).

In the coord where she originally got flak for the blue bag it was fine to me, but in this one it really is unbalanced.
