Terrible wigs, gross limp and damaged hair, awfully cut bangs, these are all things that can be fixed with a good quality wig, learning how to style your hair, or changing hair stylists. It's something you can change in literally 5 minutes, putting the dang thing on your head, just like any other accessory.
That said, I wear my boring, unstyled hair with lolita regularly, it detracts from the looks but my normie friends don't notice and I don't share those pics because it's not a good enough look to share.
