People are begging for BTB to die. What's your view? Has BTB's era faded? Why?

It's completely unnecessary in the age of cgl.

Sellers, check your past sales and leave feedback if the buyer has given you some.

I checked Lacemarket and I’m still missing feedback from 9 different sellers (who I have left feedback for, only counting sales from last year and further back).

It only takes seconds! And you can type in, "Thanks!" This helps each other out and especially new ones as some won't buy from those without feedback. I hate getting reminder emails to give feedback when I am still waiting on a shipment. So how do they not mind emails just stacking up and all the notification dings? To each their own, but it's kind of rude, especially if the seller was supper quick with shipping or included a free gift & if the buyer paid Instantly. They deserve the feedback.

I saw one profile that said, "I will fight negative feedback to the death." Others have explained a negative feedback on their profile description. It's all up to your comfort level and what transaction that you decide is worth the hassle in your life. Did you do a charge back & return the item or ask for partial refund? You don't have to accept that mess from any seller on LM. Sorry that happened to you.

I have only given one negative feedback. I only did it because the seller sent a very condescending message after they had clearly screwed up. I was willing to shrug things off and just leave a neutral feedback but that snippy, rude note just pushed it for me. Attitudes are part of the transaction as much as the item & money. I have some things that I remember the seller and it just makes me happy to wear that coord piece because they were so sweet and kind.

I receive emails after a certain time frame has passed from LM as a reminder to leave feedback. (But there is no message stating you received feedback.) Go to LM's FB page and message them about this glitch. I am not aware of a particular setting for this issue. But reach out to their FB page. I am going to my account if I see anything about a setting like this, I will get back with you.

Is just rather let it go and not leave feedback. It really stresses me out to get in email arguments with sellers and I’d be bitter every time I saw the -1 by my profile. It’s easier to just not leave feedback and add that seller’s name to my do not buy from list.

But I also don’t leave feedback for a good transaction when the seller has more than a hundred because it doesn’t matter at that point and it makes me uncomfortable the way people say they stalk people’s purchase history. I’d rather keep it private if it’s not going to materially benefit the other party
