It's actually not well balanced though. The white in the tights comes out of nowhere and would be better replaced with pink tights, possibly with a subtle print to bring some visual interest and balance out the coord. The sneakers obviously don't go with an OTT look, and the cardigan, while matching in color, does not match in style. It's too long for lolita and lacks the cute details like bows or ribbons or embroidery or cute buttons that would make a cardigan lolita. The blouse looks weird tucked in like that because of the pockets being cut off, and I feel like the bracelets are too elegant for the cuteness of the coord.

-shoehorning of (multiple) characters including pusheen. Adding in one character to a coord can be tricky let alone several all from different sources
-the fit of a lot of the items are off, the blouse is too tight and looks odd tucked in/that cardigan is too long and not meant for lolita so it sits weird on the petti poof(also looks too tight around the arms and like it won’t close)
-a million different themed accessories that are in no way cohesive(stars/roses/crowns all paired with a donut print that has none of those things)
-simple legwear is fine with simple coords, but looks bad with an OTT outfit(aka here)
-on that note the shoes are too simple for OTT too, sneakers can work with OTT but they need more going on
-the quality of the skirt itself is atrocious, and a lot of the accessories also look poorly made/cheap
-color balance is off, the legwear isn’t tied in cohesively color wise to anything else, the pink of the blouse looks off with the shade of purple-pink used in the print and is also contrasted with the pink from the My Melody accessories/hot pink pusheen/ warm rose bracelet

If it were just one or two things that were off I would say it’s a nitpick but once you actually sit down and look at the coord pretty much every single thing besides the mints being close are off. And a lot of the things that are wrong here are things that aren’t inherently bad and can be done well but are poorly executed here, like adding in characters. A good example of adding in a character you like would be say, using little twin star accessories with misty sky or another sky print. This just is “pusheen and donuts and also my melody and punkuma, lol so randumb X3”

That said, it’s much better than the other abortion of a coord she came up with for the skirt.
