She’s an amazing dancer but this video I don’t think is her best.. she’s too focused on trying to pose right and hit certain moves, there’s no flow.

I felt this too. Leissandra's dancing was sloppy but Inxi's felt super rehearsed and formulaic. If she let go, she'd be a much more effective competitor.

Have you never danced before? Heels are very popular in dancing, there are even “heel classes”.

Some moves, particularly those involving going from floor to standing and thigh work in general are actually easier in heels and it helps with balance.

They aren’t meant to look good. They are meant to be cheap fun costumes for dancing in. This thread doesn’t belong here, but I do enjoy watching voguing competitions with nerd themes because they are cute.

It’s the elastic strap keeping her tiara on. Her bangs cover up the tiara most of the time but you can see it in some frames.
