i think a brand that does this would need a lot of support to keep doing it. sometimes Triple Fortune or AatP try something "sweet classic", but it does not sell well.

when taobao brands try sweet ouji, it comes out as fairy kei. or the quality is not great, like with Classical Puppets.

Jane Marple and Amavel sometimes have feminine sweet-classic ouji releases, but their limited sizing and feminine silhouette isn't good for most ouji i know.
