Even the cheap anniversary teaparty (only 15€) only had participants wearing AP. Some weren’t stellar, but that’s to be expected. I‘d imagine this more expensive teaparty will have a similar level. The worst thing is actually the cameras. Last time some girls had really nice coords, but their bad camera and weird lighting took away some quality. Also, this time it will be dark outside so worse quality probably.

ICP wasn't AP's best poly but it wasn't as bad as Chateau d'ecume's. ICP's is thick, and has grosgrain texture. Chateau was wimpy, thin, and draped poorly. Personally the only poly I like as much as cotton was Fancy Hospital. It's smooth, lightweight, and looks nice.

My lyrical bunny MTO arrived and nothing on it seems to be wonky or anything, however there was a long black hair stuck to the back of it. That’s a little off putting but not a huge deal I don’t think. My bunny and bear came in too and they are fine with no defects. I got the ones with mint accents and the colours came out really nice imo.

There was however a huge wet hole in the side of the box that smelled like dirt. I used DHL so I’m pretty unhappy about that considering what I paid for shipping. Luckily everything inside the box was fine and the items were wrapped in plastic.

Every single day that passes by I think about how much more I want Candy Fairy than any generic toy print popping up on LM. Runway models are essentially the same measurements and they are not chubby by any standard.

I will agree, however, brands have been sizing up in the last decade and brands such as Meta have plus size dresses out now that start at ridiculously large measurements. I think the fashion looks good on petite/thinner women, but I see a lot more "plus sized" lolitas these days. It corresponds with the US having a ~40% overweight/medically obese population as well as other European countries rapidly gaining on that metric.

Also, Misako is petite, not necessarily "thin." Most japanese people are around her size. I don't thin most Japanese people would consider her chubby at all.
