I do have a steamer (3 actually because my parents go crazy at the thrift store for some reason) I have a handheld, "my little steamer go mini" and then 2 regular steamers. The hand held one looks grows because of mineral deposit but I'm going to clean it out with white vinegar like the internet told me i should.

Oh, I have that same steamer! A personal one and one at work, I used to use it at work pretty regularly when my coworkers were taking up all the Rowentas lol. As it says, definitely do not tilt it- it's basically a glorified teapot. You're best off hanging your garment from a door hook or something similar to steam so that you can keep it upright.

Also I've had the mineral buildup issue as well, it's pretty common. My larger steamers tend to get very little buildup even when I use them regularly but when I notice the water getting a bit grody I fill the water tank with a bit of vinegar (at home) or soap (at work) and shake it up and then give it good rinses until it's running totally clean. That should clear it out pretty well.

If it helps, I've not had any clothes be damaged or have residue left even when I steamed them when I was too lazy to clean out the buildup, but it does give off a bit of a gross smell sometimes if you don't.

Misako does it, and AP released a Wish Me Mell collab this season, so I don't see how it could be wrong. Mostly people say you need to make it a regular coord inspired by a character rather than a costume of the character, so no props or anything normie/costumey. Pic related.

There is a squad of volunteers who send gifts to the people who got scammed. To sign up, you fill out a Google Form when the link is posted. You can go find the past year's form to look over it and find the link to the rules inside it. If you miss the sign-up deadline, that's too bad. If it's your first year, you will be limited to lower tiers. If you have proof of good seller feedback, that's a plus. If you are afraid to lose money on the exchange, save your money to buy yourself your own gifts and sign up only for postcard tier. The fun of secret santa is in the giving.

You'll fit some dresses, but not all. At your height with 35-26 I fit into a lot of older VM and IW just fine, just doublecheck the measurements on lolibrary. Skirts may be a little uncomfortable at 26in waist, though you can still fit many of them.

Sorry, I'm tiredposting and just realized you won't have to worry about titty at 30in lol. I had to mush mine into a couple VM things but the waists always fit fine. You should probably fit a lot of MM fine as well, though you should again check measurements from dress to dress. Your bust will be just fine in anything, in fact you may have trouble with a lot of dresses being too roomy in the bust since many of them lack any corset lacing.

Yes, they charge 500 yen per package, so if you consolidate 4 packages, it’s 1500 yen. They shove everything into a huge box, sometimes keeping the original boxes in tact, so you get a huge package that can cost a lot to ship. Their shoe quality is great. I've owned six pairs and all of them have held up very well, even to daily hard use. For stuff like creepers and platforms I'd recommend them over other brands like strangecvlt and demonia. I've had issues with the platform soles cracking on both those brands even after minimal wear, but never on my killstar ones.

If you have a very wide or high/thick feet (pic rel) I'd recommend going half a size up, though! Some of their styles are pretty tight through that area of the foot, especially the heels.

For other stuff, everything I've bought has been good quality but mostly way overpriced.

My graphic tees and other printed type items have been really durable and look nice in person, and I've not found alternative sources for those styles that are equal quality for a lower price. So if you want something like their tees or leggings I'd go for it. Howoever, the socks and other accessories I've bought have been basically the same as Dollskill or any taobao/ali brands. Not total garbage but def not worth the Kiillstar branded mark-up. Also the quality of their dresses and other "fancy" items is pretty trash, but that's obvious just from looking at the pics.

As for their clothes, as somebody who has bought them and kept nothing, it's the same quality you would get in forever 21. So I recently pre-ordered this JSK from Meta, in plus size, but I'm freaking out that it's going to be too loose. I am actually slim, but have a 97 cm bust (hourglass figure) and most Lolita dresses don't fit around that area.

Do meta dresses run bigger/smaller/true to size? Is their shirring really that stretchy? I had an Innocent World OP that was fully shirred, with almost the same bust measurments and it was way too tight.

Meta have told me that I am able to change the size in the order before it is shipped.

Regular size bust is: 86cm - 120cm
Plus size bust is: 94cm-140cm

Should I go with the regular size or plus size?

NAYRT but the regular size says 120cm but usually meta's full back shirring can go to 130 comfortably. you'll be fine with the regular one, but I don't think the plus would be too big either, just unstretched.

btw, the plus size is also longer, good if you're tall.

I used to own this OP from Innocent World. It was fully shirred and the listed bust measurements were 85cm-119cm, but I had to sell it because it got too small.

The measurements are nearly the same as the Meta JSK (bar 1cm) so that's part of why I thought regular size would be too small, initially.

I guess IW just runs a lot smaller, especially the older dresses.

Even full shirred IW is still cut for smaller people (the shoulders, the bust darts etc) so it still isn't a very good option for plus sizes. Alongside that even with items like partially shirred skirts, their supposed max measurements are rarely accurate, usually at least 6cm smaller because the elastic tends to be very tight.

I own 2 different styles of Bodyline RHS and for me they fit true to size. You could get a half size up if you're worried. Their heels on the other hand run a half size or so large.
