I think a lot of people misunderstand the idea of an inspiring coord.
It should actually be inspiring and put together well, not just impressive because she's bought the whole set and worn it out at once.

All AP, IW, or Moitie coords -and yes even the prefab sets- can be gorgeous and very inspiring. Agree with this. I don't have a picture on hand, but there's that one chick who wears head to toe Moitie and always looks like an absolute trainwreck. Even a matching set can look like shit if the wearer has no taste, and most of the set-wearers still add their own touch with small accessories, hairstyle, makeup, etc.

This picture is inspiring to me personally because there is a gorgeous set, a favorite print, and not a hair out of place. Just because a girl hasn't thrown a million and one silk flowers, bows, and plastic charms in her hair doesn't mean an outfit is not "inspired". Not everyone has to be speshul & yooneeq looking in order to be inspiring. In fact, most AP sets look best when fully co-ordinated with the matching pieces.

The hat is the 'Rose Princess' Hat (or maybe Princess Rose) and it is very very hard to find... I was lucky enough to find it in red two years ago, but I've never even found it listed on hellolace/lolibrary (maybe I was looking poorly) but they have a very similar hat without the chiffon bow in the back that was released this year. I have that one in black.

I think that's part of why, to be honest. It's kind of a simple combination and can be a bit jarring with the wrong blouse-and-dress combination. I personally like it for a lot of pieces IW has put out (like their white on black embroidery designs), though.
