Didn't realize autosage so gonna ask again:

Anyone know where to get chiffon tops for busts over size 90 cm? I don't mind if the waist is large since I'll just take it in.

Also anyone know a place for anklet socks?

>> No.6631869

Whelp, well my hubby is coming back from overseas in about a month and I want to put in an order for a few kinky toys to get here around when he does. Does anyone know any shops that sell good, reasonably priced bondage and sex toys? I've seen girls buy some before here and I was hoping someone could point me towards a shop they know is pretty good.

With Paypal, fees don't matter. Who the Hell is going to open a case with an SS anyways?!

Also, taobaotrends fucked up my order. I know my package was repacked in Beijing's customs, and things are missing - that's not their fault. I had a large order and I almost expected things to go missing. It wasn't a surprise. HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed that they fucked up so many of my little items. If it's crossed out and has VIP next to it, then it is VIP pricing. If it's crossed out and says something like "annual clearance" then it's on sale without having VIP.

Also, link to nichijou summer uniform please.

If the items from the same seller aren't big (like necklaces), the domestic shipping fee will most likely stay flat to whatever is listed on one of the listings. If they vary in weight (like buying a dress and a necklace), then it'll most likely be the listed shipping in the heavier item + maybe a little bit more.

Looking for a bit of translating or opinion help!

I'm interested in getting these really cheap Melissa x VW replica shoes:

It seems that the reason for the price is they are flawed somehow, but I can't tell if the specific flaw is mentioned on the page. Can anyone read whether it's mentioned there? Do you think they'll be fine enough to wear despite whatever the imperfections might be? The price is really tempting.

In the last thread, an anon asked me to review this wig. It arrived yesterday, so I took a bunch of photos! They (and my comments) will follow this post.

My background: I have never worn a "proper" wig before (only cheap ones), so I might comment on things which are general to wigs. I apologise in advance.

First impression: I loved the colour, very true to the photo. It did look shiny in the light, though very natural outdoors. The brown fibres of the wig were much less plasticky than the coloured ones, and of slightly better quality, in my opinion.

First reaction on opening: OMG SO PRETTY. I was a bit wary as it was slightly shiny.

FFff, sorry for repeating myself last line, bad editing.

Here is the wig in the mesh, freshly unwrapped. This is the "shininess" with my flash on. It's not quite as bad as this; the flash on my camera is really aggressive - you can see my pale white skin to see what I mean in a bit.

So I got it out to play with, and straightaway it started doing that wig-fibre-tangling thing with the blue/green hairs underneath - like, where its so fine it just starts to clump and attract dust like a motherfucker.

I quickly and gently combed it out and then assaulted it with hairspray to combat this. I took a photo whilst still tangly.

So I recommend you style/protect your wig as soon as you get it. Once I hairsprayed it thoroughly, it behaved itself.

Now, my first reaction on putting it on - grumpy from being woken up by the postman - was "shit, that is a LOT of hair." I felt kinda ridiculous. It's really, really thick. I flattened it down for the remainder of the pictures, which looked better, but yeah, I plan to take some thinning scissors to it.

This will make someone else who wants a gyaru look very happy, however. :)

I took 2 pics next, one with the curls in front, one where they are behind me, to try and show how much hair there is. And yeah, I am planning to cut it - I only got it yesterday, so I reviewed it as-is.

Where I live we pay 60% (declared price+shipping) for customs. Yes, shipping costs are included on the total fee.

Taobaoring charged me $150 to ship a bunch of stuff. Customs charged me $30 as a fee.
If the shipping price really costed $150 customs would have charged me at least $90( PLUS 60% of items declared price) with their fees.

Since customs charged me $30, that means the shipping cost actually was around $50 or less, and not the $150 Taobaoring charged me.

>> No.6633831

Yes, these are two different prices...

The price they mark down is the "customs declaration value", NOT the shipping price, these are separate

They can't "declare less" to how much it costs to *ship* something, because it is the postal service price...

aka when you go to the postal office to ship something they will tell you how much it will cost to ship.
I don't think the postal service can ask you how much you want to put on how much the shipping costed, since it's done and tracked by the postal service itself.

Usually when something goes to customs for me it's because of the shipping, even if the value is declared as low. I had NAILS on customs before, shipping costed more than the nails, and the shop declared the nails as low as $5. Went to customs and they charged 60% of $5+shipping.

IF they could decide how much to "declare" on the *shipping price* of something they could put "oh, shipping costed $12, items $10", and nothing would EVER hit customs for me, as stuff only go to customs if shipping+delcared value cost more than $25.

Taobaoring uses the cheapest domestic shipping price, if the dom. shipping is what you're talking about.
There's normally 3 prices of domestic shipping: a fast one, EMS, and a convenient one.
I always tell Taobaoring to go with the cheapest shipping method!
If it's a clothing garment, it's almost always going to be 12yuan or 22yuan or 30yuan.
I have never had a lolita dress that dom. shipping was under 12yuan for it. Or even 12yuan, now that I think of it.
Taobaoring combines all dom. shipping if you buy a bunch of shit from the same shop!

I learned this the hard way with my first order.

I bought one item (100+ items of cheap plushies and figurines) from 100+ different stores. My domestic shipping charge was $200+ USD.

They marked the package down to $50. My last order (which I just received yesterday), I paid $1300, and they marked it down to $100. On the customs form that's attached to your box/package, it says a rough list of what's in the package. For me, they just always put two:
Clothes
Accessories
Sometimes shoes, because one of my orders had shoes. But normally they say clothes is $10, shoes is $20, and accessories are $20.

Yes all replicas will be taken by customs in China. All packages are opened up in Beijing's customs (all of my packages were, 7 orders, using SAL).
Even if your USPS tracking doesn't say it - it won't. You have to use the intmail.83.cn tracking, and THAT will show under "Status" that your package is being opened.
After "Collection" (they receive the package),
It is "Opening".
Unlike USPS's tracking, intmail.83.cn DOESN'T show an organized list of each step. Each step is replaced by the next one! Meaning, you won't see it say "Collection" after it says "opening", because Opening will replace the status of Collection.

A good trick I've done (I'm the anon that lost $400 of VW) is have Taobaoring hide small branded items inside of purses.
I was really fucking scared when I received my package and was like,
I'm missing a shit ton of stuff!
Then I opened up all of the purses and found stuff hiding in there c:
Not a single thing taken that time! They really have to be concealed.
Customs ALWAYS open up packages.
I'd say 50% of the the time they open and also DIG OUT everything. If they dig out everything, like search each item, then not only are you fucked, your package will have a "repacked by Beijing customs" tape all over it.

since your claim makes sense that customs would charge at least $90 if shipping alone was $150 without even including the declared value of the package.
If the declared value was $0 on the package hypothetically, then you'd get an even $90 as your custom fee since that's 60% of $150 but you ended up getting charged $30.

Maybe your country has other laws about custom fees? Tbr marks stuff as gift so maybe that's differently charge? I'm just throwing that suggestion there because I don't know where you're from.

I don't think you guys understand the meaning of Opening.
Opening does not mean they dig out everything and thoroughly search through it.
If they dig through everything, that is called repacking. You will receive a tape on your box that says it has been repacked.
Opening means they open up the top and look at the TOP of the items. I Emailed Taobaoring about this months ago. This is only with boxed packages (so not that little $.99 free shipping shit you got off eBay) and usually only occurs with SAL shipping.

Oh jeez. Now I'm worrying about getting big orders now with SAL.

Is it better to have the SS send you everything in 1 package, or 2? (Buying from TaobaoRing)

1 Package. ALWAYS with one package.
The first kg is always more than every additional kg!
The only time Taobaoring has to split into 2 packages is when you use SAL and it's 30kg or more, they will split it into 12kg's, 14kg's, or 16kg's.

actually it shows every step. just click on the second option (the first option shows the status of the item and it's replaced by the next one). The second option shows all of them.

I didn't know it until I saw it in a screencap James (taobaoring) sent me cause intmail web doesn't work sometimes.

All packages via SAL on Chinese tracking says "Opening." It doesn't stay there, as another anon says it gets replaced when the package is about to get discharged, and from there, the tracking will show up on USPS's website.
This is a picture of my last two orders from Taobaoring.
They arrived in perfect condition (sorry for tearing up the first box, I was angry).
I had customs from China take items out of my package. I could NEVER get a hold of them, even through Taobaoring. I contacted my local as well as the USA customs department and they did not look through it. China's customs did.
All China post via SAL is OPENED.
This DOES NOT mean it was dug through and searched!
Please understand the difference!
Opened = Looking at the top, not actually digging through things!

I Emailed Taobaoring about this!

ALSO! Taobaoring DOES NOT USE yellow tape. They use CLEAR tape on their packaging. So the yellow tape is from China post.

THIS is the tape that says "Repacked by China post". This means that this package was dug through and searched thoroughly.
This DOES NOT happen to all packages, but all packages are opened (notice plain yellow tape with no text on it).
If your package looks suspicious (mine had a bunch of sex toys AT THE TOP), then yes it will get dug throughj.

As you can see, Taobaoring's clear tape is underneath.
Taobaoring uses CLEAR tape.
The yellow tape (whether it be plain yellow or the repacked tape), is from China's post.

My top package has A LOT of yellow tape on it, because it was searched thoroughly, as mentioned before, and yes - items did get taken out of it. My package must have looked suspicious when they first opened it, which led them to dig through everything and find things that were replicas/illegal to them.

Just wanted to clear up some confusion.

You can't really say they stole your things when they were completely illegal in the first place. That's like trying to say the police should reimburse you when they confiscate your drugs.
