I ordered a couple of wigs directly from lucaille over a month ago (ordered Jan 16th to make sure they would ship before Chinese new year, went with China Post because I don't need them until March 1st), and they still aren't here. Anyone else having issues with them?

When I paid, they said they would ship within 2-3 days, then didn't ship until the 30th. Supposedly left China on Feb 4th, so before Chinese New Year, but the tracking website completely stopped working at the end of last week, working again this week, but still no updates. China Post almost never takes longer than 2 weeks for me once the package has actually left China. Plus, I'm a little miffed that they didn't ship them until 2 weeks after I paid for them.

No updates because it's China's tracking in China. After it leaves China, the tracking from China isn't going to work on the Chinese website anymore LOL.
If you live in USA, go to usps.com and enter the tracking number there. I guarantee stuff will have been transported and recorded there.

The last few times I've had something sent china post, the chinese site would still update when it arrived in the US, then stop updating after that. Where to buy Lolita accessories now that foxcherry is apparently on a hiatus? Or something?

Are there even any stores that have such a big selection? I've been looking but not really finding any I like, except for the obvious ones that are already on spreadsheets.

Also, I don't think you should buy gloves or anything from taobao, at least not from Pinky Girls because I got some, and they fit me. My hands are the size of a nine year old, I buy all my gloves and mittens and everything from the childrens department here. And now when I've already started I might as well just do some quick reviews of things you might be interested in.

If anybody is wondering about the harlequin tights
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=12689354449
I can pull them up to my boobs at 5'3", and they still have lots of stretch. The black isn't jetblack, but it's black, the material is a bit weird for tights but I think they look good.

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=15868089269
These shoes are nice, and very true to normal size - I usually wear size 36, always order one size up on taobao, and they are a bit big on me. Still works though. The straps were loose on me, but we made some holes in them so now they fit.

I bought two clocks from here
http://gzrs.taobao.com/
And they are absolutely gorgeous, and I am pretty sure this is where the vendors in Camden get their clocks, or at least somewhere like it. I almost bought one there for like 5-10 pounds, I'm glad I didn't. I can't figure out how to get them to show the right time though, but that's probably just me being stupid.

I got two notebooks from
http://toufajia.taobao.com/
And they are absolutely gorgeous and perfect. A+ would buy again.

I think that's it, the rest are things that everyone already knows about.

I'm sure you're aware that legit binding involved breaking the bones of the feet and toes to the point where the foot folded in on itself inside the shoe and the toes were laying on the bottom of the balls of the foot so that you were literally standing on top of them.

And yes, it's too late to start. Your bones and tendons don't have the same bounce back and aren't as malleable as they are when you are a pre teen.

Don't listen to those other stupid fucks. You do know that wedding dresses are all made in China (Taobao), and then resold here in America for 100x more? Why in the fuck would anyone want to deal with the mark ups? Just because you buy a Chinese imported good that's in America doesn't make it any better than buying it from China itself.

I mean really people. This is why you're using Taobao and spending $60 on a regular non-lolita/fashion-specified dress in a mall.

Not really a point to just posting a picture of boxes so I guess I'll ask a question.
Has anybody ever had a parcel split but then not have them all come at the same time? Our parcel was so big (con resale; lots of plush things) that it had to be split into five packages. Two of the arrived yesterday but the other three have not shown up. Is this a bad sign that they might be held up in customs or does it not mean anything?

Have any of you ever had a parcel that was too big so it had to be split? My last order got split into five because it was way too big (con resale, lots of plush things). Two of the packages came yesterday but the other three haven't shown up. Is this a bad sign that they might be held up by customs or something? They were all sent at the same time so I'm kind of nervous that only two showed up. Not going into panic mode until a few weeks pass, though.

All of the tops come from mi-love.taobao.com

I am very happy with all of these tops. Most come in one size only but that size is pretty forgiving. Right now my bust is 105cm (working on it i promise guys.) And they all fit easily. I had my sewing dummy set at 100cm for the pictures to show the stretch these have. And feel like they have a lot of stretch left in them if you cared to try.

One of the things I was worried about was the neck size, sometimes with Japanese blouses they are too tight. I find all of these cutsews have fairly big neck openings. The smallest is the back one.

As you can see in the white cutsew the fabric is on the thin side but it does not feel cheap either. In fact they all feel quite nice on the skin.

The white cutsew i bought in their xl size which said 93cm as you can see it is much bigger than that.

the one item that is actually smaller than listed is the cardigan. But the sleeves are still nice and roomy by my hands.

>>6641736
The belt is cute but super long, i got it from 38 miss

>>6641743
I got these custom sized and the fit perfectly. I got the shorter hill 6.5cm which is still tall for me!
The sole of the shoes have the best traction of the three pairs of boots that i bought. My only problem with them is i wish the scissors were shaper when they cut out the decorative bits, from close up you can see bits of white from the less than sharp scissors. But still, i like them a lot.

>>6641793
I also got these custom sized in the ankle and the fit perfectly. I wish the soles had a bit more traction on the bottom and you can see a little bit if the glue where they glued on the heel but when you aren't taking pictures of it with the flash it is much less noticeable.

I asked for them in matt pu but they are a little bit on the shiny side but not too bad.

It arrived today, in beautiful condition (just a day after I received my EMS package)
The yellow tape is from the beijing customs offices, as everyone now knows all packages are opened, and that is what the clear yellow tape is for. As you can see Taobaoring's clear tape in the photo. Also, the box was 3x the size of my EMS package and had $2,000 more worth of stuff in there. I bought a bunch of cosplays and dresses - no replicas. I guess my SAL package didn't look suspicious enough for them to go in and search through everything like they did with my tiny EMS package.
Ignore my toes in the photo.
Also, Taobaoring BOLTED down with nails my package. That was some THICK cardboard and I scraped my hand on it because the package was so hard to open. I had to use a mini hand saw (scissors and knives didn't work) to open it. And yes, everything is there.

I didn't ask them to put anything down, because I never have had my packages searched through. I've always known they opened packages, but I never had a problem with EMS. I only go with EMS on small packages, so my package was very tiny. I just had a few purses and some dresses. I only got to keep my offbrand dresses. I knew something was wrong when I signed for the package and it barely weighed a thing.
Also, the problem of people saying they had stuff confiscated only happened when CNY was over - i mean, when Taobao threads were alive again! I'm sure people have had confiscated items from customs before though. It's just that Taobao threads on here were dead during SS CNY break.

It was stuck at my post office for a week - my address had smeared and I picked it up yesterday. That's why. The other first week, it was delayed in China and stuck in customs for a week.

>>6642826
Umm... China's customs always opens all packages. I've known this as basic knowledge. I've been ordering from Taobao since 2010, so I've known about this whole seizing packages thing. As some people (anti-replica lolita chans) say, replicas are ILLEGAL. Just like shipping a gun or drugs, those are illegal too. Illegal things get confiscated. It's really not that hard of logic.
And regardless of what fucking holiday they got going on in Zhongguo, customs opens up every package. They don't search through every package, but they do open it - and that has nothing to do with CNY.

Yes, these two went through 1st payment already (still didn't arrive taobaoring though)
IDK if it's related but both were bags. One order from loris and another from a random bags shop

Not same anon, but I have a UK laptop as I used to live there. The 3 key can become £, and down by the arrow keys I have a € key. I can also do áéíóú by pressing alt-gr and the vowels at the same time. I'm pretty sure there's a way to get the French ç as I've accidentally made it appear before, but I'm not sure how.
The other countries of the EU will use keyboards with their currency symbols on. There is actually an all-purpose general all language keyboard, too (you can set your keyboard to it as well).

>europe is such a fucked up continent
>america
Ahahahahahaha.
Western Europe, no. The rest.. yeah, I get your point. But seriously, you're such a hypocrite for saying this when you're from America.
How many have been shot dead this week? Today, even?
