I dress in what's basically fairy/pop kei, and I draw and do original choreography as well as have my own album coming out. I'll be doing item reviews, dances, speed paints probably as well as uploading some music.

Basically anything "kawaii".

Nngh, I wish I was tiny enough to pull this look off. I'm fit and thin, but there is no way that these types of clothes would look right (or even fit right) over my chest, and I always feel too tall and "womanly" to work cute girly styles.

Actually, tallness is great for Fairy Kei because you have super long legs. You really have a canvas there for tights+otks+knee highs+legwarmers
For hair accessories, maybe have an array of flowers over an updo instead of bows, clips, and plushes?
If you keep it very pastel instead of brighter colors, you can mature it some so that it doesn't look so out of place. Colors I'm thinking of:

I have a question though: What prints and themes are acceptable for fairy kei? I really prefer cute stylized robots, aliens and monsters to fluffy animals, although I can think of some things that would count as both. For instance, I see a lot of Disney characters in these pics, so would it be okay if I used Stitch in place of Mickey and Pooh?

Uhm, bodyline? It's actually sold as a petti. I happen to have it, too, it's really see-through and would need something underneath to be worn as a skirt.

Can you do fairykei with black hair? I feel like most girls have pastel, brown or blonde hair, and that black is such a contrasting color when nothing else in the outfit is so light. I could use a wig, but I think they are kinda uncomfortable on daily basis.

I think it can work, better than dark brown hair actually (because a lot of pastels are cool-toned and brown hair is warmer), but maybe incorporate some pastels into your makeup, and add some slightly deeper tones to the outfit like darker pink accessories or that pale sapphire that AP has some stuff in.
