She took so many interesting liberties with it, the braids, the peacock feathers, jewelery, the dress, most Melly cosplays I've seen of her just throw on a red wig and a red robe, she actually looks interesting. She did a better job than the show.

Well I would stick to some high quality materials when you re-do it, or make another one! Just some advice. You have to look at her standing (in the story she's from a RICH family and will be queen someday) so her clothing will always be made from the highest grade materials. I look at your previous costume and it literally looks like the collar area is made from burlap, which she wouldn't ever wear.

Despite the fact she seduced men to get the young Starks and the Sweet Giant out of Winterfell, Osha's the kind of beauty you need to adjust to, just like the Red Woman. I think it's more the fact that they both get naked in front of men, and/or say they'll have sex with them, that gets them all excited. The men just don't get enough action to be picky.

This is the reason lots of people like her. At least in the beginning of both the books and show. She was a unique character, magical, had an army/group of people following her, and had dragons. She is the special snowflake of the story.

Now, I don't think she's a good character, at all. I can see WHY some people (or I guess we can say) lots of people fell for her charm however.

Personal favorites: Sansa, Cersei, Varys, Littlefinger, Jaime, and Sam (I'm sure I left several out, just the ones that came to mind first)

I also have a place in my heart for characters rarely mentioned, but that always have a great weight of character in those passing comments: Ser Arthur Dayne, Rhaegar Targaryen, Queen Nymeria of the Rhoyne

Seriously though, doesn't get much better than Arthur Dayne.

Has anyone made Dany's blue dress from Season 3 yet? I kinda love the design.

And personally I like Dany in the books up until AFFC when she gets boring and useless. In the show, she's great in season 1 & 3 but I won't get my hopes up for anything further.

My favourite characters are Brienne and Asha but really, Dany is a much better choice for cosplay considering I'm not 6'3" and Asha (Yara ugh) is shitty in the show.

The difference is that in the books he was a three-dimensional character. Here, he is just one of the show's kid cartoon villains. One of the showrunners explicitly stated that he hates Stannis as a character in a fucking interview.

Just compare how memorable was the part where he decided to stop being an entitled brat and do his duty - go to the Wall - in the books, and how they utterly ruined it in the show ("I ONLY DO THIS BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME TO DAVOS, REMEMBER THAT!").

It is just inexplicable, it's not even a fucking budget question -- all they had to do was *not change the dialogue from the books* but they changed it just so that he looks like a moron.

Stannis is unlikable, that's his whole character. That doesn't mean he can't be a good character at all. I don't particularily believe he was in depth in the books, but it's been a while since I've read them. I mean, I look at an actual in depth, yet static character like Littlefinger, when I compare a (to my memory) static character like Stannis who doesn't have much depth, which is where I pull my attitude about him in both books and show.

And I literally don't even remember a scene in the books where he decided to go to the Wall, just that on the Wall they learned he was going to show up.

She's supposed to look innocent and unassuming but the actress looks like she's about to rub her hands together and cackle in every scene. The way they wrote Robb (and had him treat his mother, like a total shit) bothers me more than what they're doing with Dany, imho. At least Dany is already kind of annoying in the books.
