It's not the underskirt itself that gets me. It's that they literally stick a chiffon skirt with no context or theme and call it a day. It's incredibly predominant in China as well and I stalk weibo so it's starting to drive me nuts. I had Robe D'Ange et Bijoux and sold it after trying it on. The bust is really big but there's no defined waistline. The straps are also short and not elasticized. I believe that her breasts are where they are supposed to be but because she's not wearing a belt directly under them you can't tell where her underbust ends and her skirt begins.

When I bought it I thought it would be fine for my larger size C cup and I fit into it easily at 96cm bust, but without a defined waistline it just made me look like a hamplanet.

The issue with the outfit is that she's using sweet lolita style concepts that are ineffective with classic. Red/pink AP? Sure not a problem. But red/pink classic is kind of gross because the pinks are warmer toned and jsut don't feel right together. Also flat shoes (tea parties) almost always work with sweet but you can only wear brogues in classic when the outfit is going for a retro, schoolgirl, sailor, or casual feel. You can't just throw on brogues with an extremely fancy print like that or it looks like grandpa in a dress. And the poses are really painful to look at, it looks like she needs to poop. Classic outfits also demand different poses like less pigeon toe and hunching over to look like a kawaii Japanese girl.

I've been thinking a lot about how dresses fit being really important to make the fashion look good. So I think making small modifications like this is a good idea. If you can justify it as being reversible, it shouldn't affect the resale value much.

I don't get it, she got sweet down to a T. Yeah it's not all that hard but she clearly had a formula for it. With classic it's like she's completely lost her sense, she sees all these elements like printed tights and sheer overdresses but has zero idea how to incorporate them. That dress is horrible, it looks like she had to dash outside in the middle of the night in her nightgown.
This just goes with my belief all along that cadney was fame-chan, but she lost her touch. I don't really buy that she just happens to switch from ott sweet to ott classic as soon as it becomes the hot new thing and she just happens to like all of the most popular elements. Not to mention how horrible she looks, if she actually liked it and cared about it, knowing she has some fashion sense, she should be doing better than this. Theres a easy formula to follow that works for every lolita look, the only question is, do you want to stand out and be a unique snowflake or are you okay with looking decent. Cadney has the formula down, no doubt, but at the same time she doesnt, looking at how she dresses for classic. I think a lot of people don't like cadney and it shouldn't be a lot of effort to figure out why. Her poses are ridiculous, she's practically overweight, she doesn't have a particularly attractive face and she doesn't have a particularly large closet. Her OTT sweet coords were nice but all of the above always tainted them for me. Her efame doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
