they have an order system similar to Antique Beast where you can only order once a month (this was a 2 years ago so it may of changed from then). The order period is usually at the start of the month but if you google 'Triple Fortune Bonnet order egl' a few pages come up with more details

I've been wondering this for a long time; where to we draw the definite line between sweet and classic? I know this sounds like an amateur question, but I've noticed a rising number of lolitas that blend them almost effortlessly. I've even found myself falling into a weird combination of the two substyles. So, what are the distinct characteristics of the two, and can anyone provide coordinates that truly combine both of them equally?

Really, you can blend any 2 of the 3 main styles together for this question. Because of that there isn't necessarily a definite line, imo. But I think silhouette and then styling is the most defining line, in my opinion. So for example there are a lot of sweeter prints IW puts out, but if the overall silhouette of your outfit is still classic- for example simpler headwear and makeup, toned down, classic-appropriate jewelry, the skirt is A-line- then it's still a more classic outfit.

Sometimes though, you just have to not worry about exactly which label it is.
