The order I placed somewhere in… April (? I don't remember but I whined about it a few times on here) finally arrived! Someone asked for reviews on the two Pumpkin Cat blouses so I've taken a couple of pictures. If anyone wants reviews of other stuff, feel free to ask.

The wine blouse is probably my favourite thing in the order. It fits really well. I got size M and my measurements are B80 W65 H90, 166cm tall and 37cm shoulders. The mannequin in the picture is set to my bust/waist/hip measurements but the proportions are slightly different from mine.
The blouse is really well made. Very few loose threads, everything is finished nicely and the buttons are connected well. I was sent two back ribbons in a separate plastic bag; a satin one that was close in colour and one made of the same fabric as the blouse. Putting the satin ribbon in was easy but the fabric one was extremely fiddly. The latter is the one you can see in the pictures.
One thing that worries me is that the first time I put it on and took it off again I could hear the crackle of static electricity. I haven't worn it around much yet but I expect to get a shock or two when I do.

Forgot to mention that there was also a little black bow on a pin included with this blouse, but I don't have any pictures of it. It's cute, sturdy and versatile.
There were also extra buttons included with both blouses.

The navy blouse, which honestly I got on a whim, is also very nice. Also size M. The fabric is striped and very see-through, but that's why they included the matching camisole. The camisole itself is kind of awkward, made of fabric that is slightly stretchy but not enough to be form-fitting. There's a thin line of elastic on the back but everything from the bust down is baggy. It looks really awkward on the mannequin but when I wear it it's not so bad.
They included a matching blue satin ribbon, and the lace is probably custom-dyed because it also matches the fabric quite well. The insides are also finished nicely but the button holes have some loose threads sticking out that I'll have to remove. There are also some white tailor marks next to them but those will probably disappear in the wash.
The cravat is attached by buttons hidden underneath the collar, which in my opinion is much nicer than attaching it with a pin. It's sturdy, I'm not constantly poking holes in the fabric and it's never crooked. The cabochon pin is cute, too. The ribbon is kind of stiff and plastic-y but that just means it will keep its shape well.

All in all I'm very happy with both of these blouses! I've never owned a brand blouse so I can't really compare but in my opinion these are nice quality blouses and definitely worth the price.

It's made of three layers; gathered cotton lining, tiered stiff-ish tulle and a gathered overlay of soft tulle with spots and lace. It's not super poofy but fills out skirts nicely for a casual look. If I want something more, or plan on wearing it under a heavy skirt, I'll just layer it with another petticoat.
The overlay and lace are cute enough to be allowed to peek out which is 99% of the reason I got it in the first place. I could probably get away with wearing it by itself as long as I don't let any lolitas spot me!
The waistband is gathered elastic all around and the fabric is stark white, which doesn't look very nice with the cream in my opinion. But the waistband isn't supposed to show anyway.

The only real problem with Transbao is that they have relatively bad stock reliability despite what the spreadsheet says. They'll say things are out of stock when they show up as in stock on the store site, but I've had the same problem with a lot of other agents so I don't think this problem is exclusive.
Also you can't withdraw money from your purse unless you pay a $15 fee which an anon complained about a couple days ago.

I was looking through their Weibo, though I'm limited to Google translations, and I couldn't find a date there either. They do have the sample JSK and OP made and posted in pink, though.
There are a few differences between the dress and the drawing, but they've also added that even the designs of these first dresses might not be set in stone either.

A couple of days ago, I went on there to search for something. Page wouldn't even load and I just got a time-out straight away. Just tried again now, same thing. I can get to the front page but as soon as I press enter after putting something up on the search bar, I get an error message.
