this is super off topic but that pic you posted was originally a gif I made for tumblr like 2 years ago. I am a big fan of toku so I would gif scenes I found funny while I watched super sentai and kamen rider. Eventually, my gifs started popping up on comedy sites with their watermarks on them, usually tagged as power rangers.
I can tell it's my gif since I usually added text/captions on them, in white impact font. They were all really unfunny too, like the one you posted where magired dances and swings his hips with the flashing "FABULOUS". Not sure why you would save it as a jpg though.
