I always wear a skirt when in school (almost, and also not in gym class). I hate having to wear workout clothing!

Depends on how casual. If I'm going to be out for only fifteen minutes or so, don't have enough time to do my hair or makeup, or anything like that, I try to be as "invisible" as possible. Leggings (with or without miniskirt over top), comfortable shirt, slip ons, etc. If can actually do something with my hair or makeup, then it's more like lace skirts and floral lace tights with pumps, a sweater or blouse, necklace and earrings, maybe a bracelet. Thank you! You may need to weigh them down that way to break in the leather to the proper shape. I got lucky because one of mine was the display boot, but the other is still pretty floppy tongued. I just keep it tied down with the bow on the outside.
Once the tongue gets broken in to that fold it will be able to stay folded with the bow under the flap

I tend to wear a lot of shorts/skirts, tights and thigh highs and a LOT of sweaters (even in summer, though they're usually a lot lighter).

I just got the thigh highs from Daiso, actually -- I've had them for about a year now and they've held up pretty well, and stretch a lot better than thigh highs I've gotten off eBay. I have an inseam of 33" so it's really hard to find thigh highs that'll stay up at all, haha!

Either somewhat pastel goth inspired or very casual comfy. I wish I dared to go more ott but get too worried about looking off so I just go with more plain looks.

I am pretty basic, lots of business casual.

Out of lolita, I wear mostly dresses, sometimes skirts and sweaters. I only own one pair of pants and they are for a cosplay.

I wear a uniform for work, and dress in workout clothes unless I'm in lolita. I'm a huge bum. I want to change this, but I'd rather buy a new JSK over normalfag clothes.

Outside of Lolita I legit look like a bum. I wear all my oversized frocket tees from my sorority days with Nike shorts--yes, even at work (super unprofessional soul sucking job, ya know.) Skirts, sweaters, t-shirts, sometimes i try to dress in more "kawaii" fashions but most of the time its darker and more gothy.

I work in a really laid back office (software developer), so I usually cycle through these styles for workdays:
- Corp-goth (black knee length pencil skirt paired with a frilly or lace blouse and gothic accessories)
- Toned down gothic/dark-classic lolita (a plain-ish jsk or a skirt with a low poof petticoat and more simple blouse)
- J-fashion inspired/preppy goth (mid thigh length poofy or pleated skirt/jsk, otk socks, blouse and a sweater/blazer)
Never pants. They're evil and only allowed when working out. Bloomers are an exception when talking about loungewear.

When staying home, I usually just throw on a dress from a knit fabric and/or an oversized sweater. When going out on weekends/evenings it's either lolita or any of the weekday styles.

I think being tall has a lot to do with it. People's perception of weight is based on average height. Also most people have a very strange perception of what really heavy people weigh. Like, most people think I weigh around 200 but I'm much closer to 300 ( yeah, l'm fat, I know this already, no need to tell me thanks) and when I say so, people's reactions are generally: but you're not THAT big! You still fit in normal chairs, and you can walk around just fine, etc. I guess their minds can't grasp that some people weigh 400 or 500 pounds, so they assume that all the extremely obese people are what 300 pounds looks like.

Everyday...band shirt, gross jeans or leggings, hoodie + hoodie vest + maybe a flannel + denim vest, jungle boots. If I'm leaving the house without my vest or boots it's likely because the house is actually on fire. I wear less layers in the summer.

Luckily I work somewhere where the dress code is just "wear black or white" and my entire non-loli wardrobe is black so I can just remove any layers with offensive writing/imagery (vest with FUCK THE PIGS patches, etc) and work and put all my battle gear back on when I leave.

Not her, but all you have to do is eat less calories than your body burns. Search BMR calculator and it should give you some results. Subtract 500 calories from the number it gives you and you should lose weight at a good pace. If you exercise that day then you can eat extra calories up to the calories you burned.
Also, do a lot of cardio exercises and just mild body weight exercise. Drink a lot of water and eat mostly produce and lean proteins in order to avoid bloating.

I have a real problem when dressing up. I like a lot of styles that aren't necessarily similar at all. Himekaji/roma gyaru, otome, nanchatte seifuku, vintage things, trendy normalfag stuff...I love a little bit of everything.

The result is that I have a few favourite outfits I like a lot, but a lot of things in my closet can only be coordinated a certain way, or only with a few other things. It's a mess. I've been purging pretty mercilessly ever since I moved out. This apartment has a tiny shitty closet, so I figure it's a good excuse.

Now all this wouldn't be such a huge problem, but it feels so weird to show up in such different outfits day to day. Like, imagine seeing someone wear gothic lolita a few times and then they show up in OTT sweet the next day. It feels so jarring.

This. skirts are so much comfier, and fleece-lined rights in winter are much warmer than jeans. Also, it's almost impossible to find jeans that fit my weird proportions. The closest I've come to are the sweetheart jeans from Old Navy, and even those are too big on my waist and nearly too small for my thighs. I'm considering jeggings for those few lazy days I want to wear my animu tshirt or a hoodie with jeans.

I have the same problem. In lolita I love classic, old school sweet and gothic. Outside of lolita I love otome, Ivy League prep, 50's-style vintage, mori, dolly kei, and romantic goth. My secret love affair with goth is the only one I've really been able to keep under control since (a) it doesn't suit me at all, (b) it doesn't go with anything else in my wardrobe and (c) everyone around me hates it (boo) so I just admire it from afar. I'm also slowly getting rid of the vintage things that don't go with anything else.
My current rule for clothing purchases is that if I can't wear it with any other stuff I already have, I don't buy it. It's hard, though.

Generally I stick to skirts rather than dresses, even though I have a short torso most dresses tend to fall at my butt or just below... When I do buy dresses, though, I usually get a skirt in a matching colour to pop underneath (otherwise my go-to is a pair of frilly shorts or some shorter bloomers).

Honestly a lot of stuff does end up being a tad on the short side, most of my skirts/dresses don't reach anywhere near mid thigh lol. The good thing about that though is that it makes you look like you've got longer legs, so pair some nice thigh highs or tights with them and some small heels and you're set!
