If it's penny then yep, it's her. She left something in the back of my car and couldn't bother coming to pick it up from my place. She would bug me every month or so for it and come up with some kind of an excuse as to why she couldn't/didn't show up. One point even asked me to mail it to her. Yeah we have a brolita in our comm who a couple newer people have described as "creepy" but I think it's because the person is clearly male-bodied, slightly physically imposing, and a bit socially awkward. Their coordinates are pretty good given their limitations and while not perfect there's been improvement over the years. Those of us who have known the person are fine with their presence though, and they mostly show up to conventions rather than meetups so that limits the weirdness (but is also why the newer comm members don't have enough experience with them to get past the "that must be a sissy who accidentally found burando that fits" first impression).
