A mod posted in one of these theads a week or so ago and said feels threads are no longer allowed due to them straying off topic every time, then referred us to /r9k/ and /adv/ to vent our feels. Then he locked the thread.

So stop making new feels threads, you're just pointlessly bumping other threads off the board with something that's going to get deleted anyway.

I agree that the /adv/, >tfw no bf, and /fit/ bitching is off-topic. Delete those as necessary.
But we should be allowed to talk about convention deadlines and meetup mishaps and anything pertaining to our weird dressup hobbies without getting threads deleted daily.

God I hate this, I got a sinus infection right before a con during the goddamn summer when my allergies usually don't act up at all.

I just saw my dream dress for sale on LM, for less than half of what I am willing to pay, and no one has bought it yet. I sign into my account, go back to BIN, and it's sold. I feel like such a fucking moron and can only hope a cgl got it but still, I've never been such a little bitch over something till now.

I actually am talking to a person who has the set for sale (bow, socks, etc.) and the current bid is $575. I took a second job just so I could have the money to put aside for this stupid dress and I thought JUST MAYBE I'd be able to get the dress that got me into lolita.

I don't think the moderation here is the same as moderation in other places. The amount of rule bending that goes on here and other boards? There's stuff that gets auto deleted but not banned, and stuff that gets both.

My first cosplay was a really sloppily thrown together Homestuck cosplay (without bodypaint at least, so it wasn't as bad as it could've been?). The others weren't as cringey, but still pretty half-assed. I never had a lot of tools or money to sink into cosplay, but I think I've gotten a fair amount of my shit together and have the resources now. And I feel like as long as you do it well, basic bitch cosplays aren't that bad. One of my cosplays was relatively obscure, and the only person who thought they recognized me thought I was cosplaying something else.

Oh man, I'm ready for all the "wtf is that from" from every regular con goer, it's from the Puppet Master series, a ton of really silly b-horror movies about evil puppets, leech woman is honestly the only really creepy one out of the bunch.

I really enjoy homestuck fanart even though I never read it and won't because I hear it's outrageously long but I read about it and it sounds cool and I love the character designs.
