I drafted it myself! It's a basic princess seam cut, so if you have a bodice pattern you like (or a sloper) , it's not too difficult to add the squared collar and "tails".

It's impossible to find bullion that big, though I did look. I actually opted for the anime look (rather than something more realistic with bullion) after a lot of internal debate and research, but thanks for the feedback! I might remake them with better edge finishing in the future, but the style will stay the same.

Sorry, no. I literally tore 4 rectangles of fabric and stitched them together. 3 made the total diameter of the skirt, one made the waistband. Pleated skirts are pretty easy to do without a pattern imo, just make the skirt rectangle about 3 times your waist measurement to allow for all the damn folds (my fabric was short so I did it in panels, hahahahahah).

I did a lot of learning during this build, and there are details I left off due to my work schedule being disrupted by illness prior to con (which also disrupted the fit between this and my mock-up), but I'm happy with it and I'm excited to wear it again once I add those details. I'm aware of fit issues on the armscyes and wig and ill-practiced posing, but welcome other critiques.

I'm a big fan of dress tops like this. The corset piece looks very smooth and well fitted.
Also, I finished the Transistor cosplay in early April so I believe that's a different anon you're thinking of. The boot tips are worbla and the fabric is a poly double knit (it doesn't fray either, which was good for the torn bottom). The dress was made twice, mostly because my first fabric choice was pretty bad. The top is made of brown and yellow strips sewn together.

thanks! Ben Nye Fresh Scab is really good for congealed/clotted blood because it slightly oxidizes/turns brown and crusts as it dries. All the stuff on the dress is watered down acrylics.

I would go with a medium/dark brown eyeshadow and use that on your eyebrows. I personally like making my eyebrows a little darker than my natural hair color. I would also let them grow out a tiny bit more so they look more full, but you can always put the eyeshadow over it to make them look fuller. Your eyelashes look thin (it might be the quality of the image?) I wish anon, it's not really the length but the colour and thickness. Naturally they're a mottled dark orange/blonde and kind of sparse so... Do you have any tips on how to make them grow faster? Hm, there's a lot to explain about the sword but here are the bare bones.
I deigned the sword outline in illustrator and had those pieces cut with a laser cutter. The clear blue plexiglass pieces were sprayed with frosted glass spray paint; the circular designs were cut from white acrylic and hand painted various colors. The other pieces are thin wood sheets cut by hand. Aaand there's a simple circuit running through the core - all the circuitry is hidden by the silver triangles up top.

It's really not so bad. My husband and I have been together for over 10 years and we have all of our shit together.
