I'm looking to get some lovelive ones but most of the newer and/or fancier outfits are on a deposit system and since there are so many members plus multiple items for an outfit, I don't want a SS who is sloppy with this kind of stuff and might get the wrong items because they weren't specific enough when ordering. Do not use Bhiner. I just spent six months struggling with them over a really simple order.

Part of it wasn't their fault--a seller kept delaying shipment on an item--but a huge portion of it was. Their systems failure earlier this year fucked up my orders severely. They lost items, claimed I never ordered items I had paid for, and more.

The most recent bullshit occurred when I requested shipping at long last. I paid the invoice, then noticed that the packing list was missing a pair of shoes and a couple of small items. I messaged them as soon as I realised and asked if those items had been included, or if the packing list was just inaccurate.

They assured me that the packing list was just mistaken, and that the "missing" items were included.

A few hours later, I got another message saying that they had "miscalculated" the weight of the items in my parcel, and asked if I could pay the difference.

The difference in weight? 1kg. Pretty much what a pair of shoes and a few small accessories would weigh. I'm so fed up at this point that I just paid the extra $10 and have said fuck it.
