What I find really fucking cringey is the amount of shitty RWBY cosplays there are. It's very obvious by the character designs that the creators had cosplayers in mind when designing their outfits. You can buy half the costume in stores and very easily make the rest - the only challenging part would be weapon-maling.
And yet I haven't seen a single decent Western rwby cosplay - neither do I trust good-looking Asian ones because who knows how much photoshop is being used.
I mean, no tea no shade, but Sheena Duquette's cosplays are a fucking mess. How can you get something like Cinder Fall looking so shitty? Even the lace trim is blatantly wrong and nasty and cheap. Not a specific cringe but do you guys find that Q&A panels at cons are super cringey? Not the panelists themselves as much as the people asking questions. I was at the LittleKuriboh panel at Fanime and about 85% of the questions asked were super cringe. Luckily he can improve around them pretty well, but I heard the Japanese seiyu guest panel that was happening a the same time had even worse cringes.

Years ago at Otakon, someone actually lined up at a Q&A to ask the panelist what kind of underwear he wore. He was completely caught off-guard. It was really awkward. A friend and I went to his panel at connecticon last year and I think there was a mix of good questions and typical/boring ones, but I remember this one cosplayer went up there and like...asked him a super long question, then gave him this song to sing...it was actually pretty funny at first and he sang like a page of it, but then she made him keep going to this one part but you could tell he was like "uhhh" because she had already been up there for a long time and there were people who wanted to ask him a question.

anyways yeah I rarely go to q&a panels now mostly because people can and will ask such weird shit, it's awkward and embarrassing and I feel super bad for the person up there.

I wish certain panels would pre-screen questions...like, they could open and close submissions at a certain date/time to have people ask questions, credit their name at the end, read it to the VA or whomever at the panel, and then maybe just open the last 10 minutes or so to questions from the floor? though 10 minutes is still enough time for 1 cringey question to slip through the cracks.

Well. On a side note, this mascara actually works really well for me. It's one of my favorites, not just because I'm low key a fucking weeb. The newer mascara, Miss Manga ROCK!
