The shoes are too bright for the tights and she's mixing two different interpretations of the fashion. It probably looks better in natural light, but if she'd stuck to pastels or gone for only neons it'd look more coherent.
I don't know what the necklace is, but if it looked more futuristic it'd neaten things up a bit. Opalite crystals are cheap as shit and work really well with the fashion.

If you mean the Max Star ones then I'd suggest half a size up. I had a pair a couple of years ago. I'm between sizes and got the smaller one, took forever to break in and I got blisters for weeks. They lasted me longer than actual converse though.

The only other shop that makes similar jackets is http://hatroid.com/ but they are around the same price. You always could send photos of the jackets to some Taobao shop that makes custom orders tho, that's how I got some lolita coats I designed myself done but the shop I used only does lolita clothes (https://my-lolita.taobao.com/)), their submission form is in their product descriptions.
