I think this kind of coord-building goes something like this: No navy in the main piece buuuuut candles motif on both jsk and socks so if I add more navy (like a blouse) and the closest blue purse I have (with gold, to match the other gold), it should be ok.

Aside from the overall cheap feel, cheap lace (which I agree with):
The wig is bad and oddly styled, the makeup is not very flattering for lolita, the lace is cheap and the gold shoes don't match it, the main piece doesn't fit well, none of the whites-creams-ivory match well, blouse bow is badly tied, necklace is long and seemingly unrelated to the coord, blouse sleeves are an awkward length, not wrist length or a proper 3/4 sleeve. That's all enough for it to be beyond just a nitpick.

Even if the main piece was not a print at all, there is still way too much going on here and not styled neatly enough. I actually kind of like it and really like parts of it a lot but all together it just looks like too too much for going on for lolita, styled too casually and it loses the aesthetic somewhere in there since it's not really styled fancy enough to be ott. Compare some of her past photos, her face is definitely more round and puffy here. Yes she has always been fat since I've seen photos of her (even though she seems to have gotten a bit better at not stuffing herself so obviously into too-small dresses with short sleeves) but her face shape was not like this, she looks ill and swollen here. The dress pattern is ok for Lolita but only just.
I think you also have to be really careful with handmade main pieces (especially if they are all-over prints that aren't florals) not to include too much loli-field or non-standard handmade Lolita accessories in the coord. I feel like the dress/bag could work if most of the rest of the pieces were actual lolita items. I don't really LIKE the dress but with plain tights, lolita shoes, a coordinating lolita blouse and some sort of recognizable Lolita headdress it could work as a decent coord. This just includes too many quirky and odd non-lolita items so it doesn't look original and show off the dress, it just looks like a bunch of strangely sea themed things stuck together in an outfit. Almost costume-y "mermaid on land" feel. Odd.

No lip liner to define the edge. She did not fill in with lip liner then use a lip brush with lipstick to further define the edge, blot, set with a silica powder or similar eye shadow color (sometimes twice) and then sharpen the outer edges further by outlining them with concealer, re-powder.

TL:dr she doesn't know how to susscessfully apply and wear opaque dark lipstick. (Or evidently style her hair either but that's another matter)

I get sharp lines with just using the lipstick. Some lipsticks do require liner, but most of what I buy doesn't. With the way lipstick is shaped, it's pretty easy to get sharp lines straight out of the tube.
