Personally I can't get pegnate because of a car accident that led to me having to have a historectomy at age 20. I don't mind babies usually, but when you are at a meet and someone brings their baby without asking if it was okay really makes things quite akward for me. I don't cause a fuss because it's not my right to put my hardships on others who had gained. But it's also courteous to ask of bringing someone is acceptable.

I know other Lolitas out there have a fear of babies. And she's stopped even attending the meets when she knows that person will be there. We have asked if she was able to get a baby sitter because of the situation, but she says that her baby goes where she goes.

I know I'm not the only one with this issue in my comm. many people share their discomfort often when babies and meets comes up in threads.

The only ones remotely decent where the two on the far right. But when isolated from the rest of the group, you can see their outfits where not very great themselves. Not everyone has people they can count on to babysit or have the budget for a sitter that often.Or (shocker) lots of people actually like their kids and enjoy being with them while at social events. Just having your child present isn't a social faux pas unless its someplace like a bar or a theater before the kid is old enough to sit quietly through a movie. Ok anon(s?) You obviously need this spelled out for you so here we go.

A: Skeleton t-shirt is not lolita, no the collar doesn't make it work. The skirt is also not lolita it lacks the shape and volume needed along with being too plain. The petti doesn't even fit under it and is showing a lot. The cat socks are unnecessary and do not help the look, and the shoes look very much like men's work shoes in a bad way. On the upside her hair and headpiece look nice.

B: The hat matches nothing in the coord, the shoes are unflattering and clownish, and the petti manages to both stick out from under the dress as well as give practically no poof.

C: This girl is actually dressed quite nice though unfortunately the dress does not fit well in the bust. However it's just isn't lolita it completely misses the aesthetic even for the non cupcake lolita look. Inb4u I don't care what brand it's from, who sold it as lolita, or whatever reason you think makes it lolita. It isn't and that is not some sort of insult or exclusion.

D: From what little can be seen of her I can say this; the bow looks like either a cheer bow or a ribbon tied like a shoelace in her very limp hair. All bows are not created equal nor are they all acceptable for lolita. There appears to yet again be a lack in the poof department which I hope you understand is vital in most lolita coords. The shoes and tights are boring which would be fine if the rest of the coord looked nicer. Finally carrying around a rando. Stuffed animal is usually seen as either age play or ita, pick your poison.

E: Corsets are out of place in lolita and this one especially so. Ero is rarely done well even by accomplished lolitas and not a great idea for the inexperienced. An all black coord would have really improved this, as well as not wearing a belt on top of the corset which looks odd. The hair is messy and unstyled, and the antler headband does not fit with the rest of the coord on top of looking generally tacky. Remember, not all trends work with all coords.

F: This girl like the others before her has a depressing lack of poof and yet her petti continues to be visible. Nicer legwear and more accessories would be an improvement. (one needed by all of these girls) My biggest problem with this is that the black shoes are very out of place, a lighter color should look much nicer.

G: Another case of sad poof and bad shoes, if she and F switched shoes they would both improve their coords. Other than that it's simply ok, nothing special but not unattractive.
