I'm aware my range is very limited. Just curious to see what my closest options are. I really want to cosplay someone who comes as close to my description as possible.

Here's my description:

5'4" woman with waist-length dark brunette hair, brown skin, and green eyes. Slim, 100lbs.

Only one I can think of is Anthy Himemiya or characters like Commander Shepard whose appearance changes based on your own preference.

Is a skinny Roadhog objectionable?

No one can guess your appearance by vague descriptions, its easier to see a face and come up with characters that will flatter it. The only one being autistic and salty is you.
